Dear Residents:

Please ensure that you have a 9-volt battery on hand in the event that your smoke alarm battery runs out.

The office doesn’t provide batteries as it is the residents’ responsibility; however, Don will be happy to install the battery if you are unable to do so.  If you require assistance, please call the Chelsea office at (604)501-0479.

Pool out of Service for July 6th and 7th.

The pool will be out of service on  Monday July 06 through  Tuesday July 07  due a pool liner repair.
