Pool out of Service for July 6th and 7th.

The pool will be out of service on  Monday July 06 through  Tuesday July 07  due a pool liner repair.

2026 Bylaws and Consolidated Rules now available online.

The 2026 Chelsea Gardens Bylaws and 2026 Consolidated Rules now available for download. Thes documents can be viewed at any time via the MENU: DOCUMENT LIBRARY/IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.

A new page “Guidelines for Landscaping Options” was recently added to the Chelsea today website highlighting four documents addressing recent changes to townhouse landscaping. These documents provide guidelines for townhouse residents wanting to enhance the appearance and drought resistance of their front landscaping areas. These options were approved at the April 2026 AGM and provide detailed recommendations and installation requirements. Residents are reminded that any alterations to common property require pre-approval by council.

Interphone Phone Numbers

The former access system would list “Chelsea Gardens” when a call originated from any of the interphone panels. The new Akuvox system incorporates IP phone numbers (Nova Scota numbers) which can cause confusion Below are the phone numbers that will be displayed when an interphone call is made. Add the appropriate number(s) to your contact list. You can also register the number(s) with your carrier to not block or control access.
