Clubhouse doors no access until 08:00 AM

We recently experienced our first fall with no “Fall back” time change. Unfortunately our FOB system didn’t get the memo and promptly went ahead and carried out the time change causing the clubhouse doors to be delayed in opening one hour (08:00 ). This is hopefully fixed by changing the time zone from Vancouver (which still incorporates the time change) to Phoenix time zone (no time change) (thanks Google AI for help with this).

Interphone Panels and Call Control

The interphone panels (front gate etc.) will not communicate (blocked) with a phone set up with call control. The fix for this is to add the telephone numbers for the interphone panels (listed below) to the “Accepted List”. The accepted list will bypass call control and will not request a random number to be inputted. This list is available on your phone providers website or providers contact person.

Example: Kensington Residents accepted list includes Vehicle Gate, Pedestrian Gate, and Kensington.
