On February 17th there was a post on this site inviting all residents to attend a meeting about townhouse roofing. A special assessment which would also affect condo owners is one of the possibilities being considered so those owners may want to attend either in person or by using the Zoom link that was provided.

WI-FI AT THE CLUBHOUSE
WI-FI AT THE CLUBHOUSE
We are working on improving the Wi-Fi reception. To this end, we have installed 3 Wi-Fi repeaters (mesh network). One in the Lobby, one in the Pub and one in the Fireside room.
The older ones (CG1-3) will be sunset as the new ones get accepted and tested.
New Wi-fi Name is clubhouse and the password is also clubhouse (all lowercase)

Our thanks to Cherith Johnson and Barb Gregg for their video clips of the pomp, pageantry and poetry from our Robbie Burns dinner. Also a big thanks to Zenon Jalbert who seamed these all into one presentation. Both our photographers captured some parts so you will find a bit of duplication but it’s worth watching both versions since they are taken from different positions and often one photographer catches a particular bit of action better than the other.
