A new Notice addressing the method of payment for the roof levy was recently uploaded and can be viewed here.

Our AGM will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23rd.
Our illiustrious editor got the date wrong. Her technical support person, the layout person and the two proof readers all missed the error.
Some delivery workers got out there early so that is how word got back that the date was wrong. If you are still wating for your newsletter you can expect a hand written correction
TRASH DAYS 2023
SEEING AS THINGS SEEM TO BE AS CLEAR AS MUD THIS YEAR, I HAVE CONFIRMED DATES WITH JESSE FROM CROSSROADS AND THESE ARE HIS INSTRUCTIONS: BASICALLY PUT OUT YOUR “TRASH” FRIDAY JUNE 23 AFTER 12:00PM (NO PAINT AS YET PLEASE!) PAINT CAN BE PUT OUT ON THE SATURDAY JUNE 24 BEFORE THE 8:30AM PICKUP – MAKE SURE IT IS SEPARATED FROM THE REST OF THE TRASH. PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW REGARDING MATTRESSES AND ACCEPTABLE ITEMS.

GARAGE SALE / TRASH & TREASURE 2023 (Update)
I’ve been fielding a number of queries on the above, so I’m restating from the last set of minutes (page 3):
Gates will be closed for these days, in the hope that outsiders do not treat this as an opportunity to get rid of items they do not want.
TIMES: 08:00AM TO 03:00PM
Remember that, in the end, what gets hauled away as garbage costs our strata.
CLEANUP AFTER PUB NIGHT
Non cash bar pub nights are the responsibility of attending residents to:
1> Put chairs and tables back where they should be. (Also, clean tables if needed)
2> Put your own, used glasses away in the dishwasher. Take home any bottles, cans, food, recyclables that you brought to the pub.
Too often this is falling to the last people to leave and this is not fair to them.

ATTENTION ALL RV LOT USERS – SINK HOLE BY SPOT 13
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A DANGEROUS SINK HOLE HAS FORMED BY SPOT 13. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES AND LET CROSSROADS KNOW. HOWEVER, YOU NEED TO BE AWARE THAT THE AREA AROUND THE HOLE IS UNSTABLE AND THE HOLE IS AT LEAST 8 FEET DEEP. WE WILL GET THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN TO FIX THIS, BUT IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME AS THE ROOT CAUSE HAS TO BE INVESTIGATED BEFORE REPAIRS ARE DONE. I HAVE PUT A SMALL BARRICADE AND A SIGN OVER THE HOLE FOR NOW.
