Clubhouse Baseboards and Ant Powder.
The interior of the clubhouse was treated for ants on Thursday March 26th and while the powder that was used is non toxic to people it is rather important that the baseboards NOT be cleaned until at least the end of April. The powder that was used will suffocate the ants and essential to be left undisturbed .
For the next short while please resist that urge to pick up a rag and clean the clubhouse baseboards.

Updated Emergency Preparedness Guide
An updated version of the Chelsea Gardens Emergency Preparedness Guide is available here. This guide contains information about the Emergency Preparedness Program at Chelsea Gardens and valuable tips on how to prepare and what to do in an emergency such as an earthquake, fire, gas leak or power outage.
Please take time to download and familiarize yourself with this document, use it to prepare and plan for an emergency (including having a grab and go kit), and review the emergency response procedures an a regular basis.
The Emergency Preparedness section of the Chelsea Today site also contains information about evacuation procedures including a map with meeting areas and specific instructions for townhouse and condominium residents during an emergency. This section can be accessed from the top or side bar of the home page of the Chelsea Today site.

WIFI Access in the Three Apartments
WIFI access is now available in all three apartment lobbys and underground parking. WIFI was installed to address communication issues in the underground parking and enable texting and celluar over WIFI in these areas. In addition WIFI enabled in the Windsor allows the opening the vehicle gate via celluar phone (new access system). This functionality will be extended to the Mayfair and Kensington if the replacement access system is approved at the AGM. Placards will be installed shortly displaying the WIFI name and password .
The apartment WIFI names and passwords are listed below. NOTE: the WIFI name and password are the same.
