Chelsea Gardens is a high-end, adult, award winning gated community, completely rare and unique, which offers a resort style of living. There are 235 town homes and 160 apartments in 3 apartment blocks located in 23 acre garden oasis in the heart of Surrey, British Columbia. Such amenities include a heated pool, wood working shop , gymnasium, library and pub. There are also numerous social gatherings and an active group of volunteers that contribute in wide variety of tasks and social functions..
If you are lucky enough to live here, this site is for you. Once you have signed up you will have access to up-to- date information about our many and varied social events; we will even send you reminders. You will also be able to view and download pictures taken at our various events.

- Are you looking for a chance to socialize, meet old friends and make new ones? Our Wednesday morning coffee or our Friday afternoon pub “night” is a good place to start.
- Chelsea Gardens’ crafters and artists are invited to get together on their own projects in a social atmosphere.

- Watch a movie in the Fireside room every third Sunday.
- There is a large photo collection of many of our past activities available.
- Keeping fit is a big part of what we do at Chelsea and the list of activities available on the site.
- The Social Committee publishes and delivers a newsletter four times a year. Color copies of the newsletters are available for download.
The site also incorporates our important Strata Documentation such as Council meetings, AGM minutes, Rules, Bylaws, maps, and other important documents of interest such as property map, volunteers, and Emergency Preparedness.

- Our Document Library contains essential documents such as Monthly council meetings , Annual general meetings, etc. Documents can be viewed or downloaded and are very important for real estate transactions.
- The Document Library contains miscellaneous files such as Rules, Bylaws, and our most recent Depreciation Report.
- There are highly used documents such as the Floor plans for Townhouses, Floor plans for Apartments, and the Chelsea property map is available for viewing and download .

- Volunteers have a huge impact on both organizing our various social events and assisting in the ongoing maintenance activities here at Chelsea. Find out about our volunteers and where you might fit in.
- Chelsea is fortunate to have a vigorous Emergency Preparedness team meeting and conducting scenario training on a regular basis. Documents in include the Emergency Preparedness Guide, Emergency Preparedness for Condo Owners, Responsibilities for Condo owners.

- On the menu to the left of this page you will see a heading that says “log in”. Below that there is the word “register.”
- Click on that link and fill in the form it takes you to.
It will want you to prove that you are not a robot so you will be asked to find or identify some sort of images. - Now the hard part. You will get an e-mail acknowledgement of your application but you must then wait till our webmaster verifies that you are a Chelsea resident.
- When he’s done that he will send you an e-mail notification. It will contain your temporary password and a link to the page where you can enter that password and change it to one of your choice.
- The good news? You will never have to go through all of this trouble again. Most computers will nicely store your username and password so anytime that you visit the site you will just have to click, “log in.”

- If you have clicked on the sidebar link that says “Register” and filled in the form it takes you to, just exit the page and wait. Try to forget about it. This process takes awhile
- Check your e-mail. You should soon receive an automated message like this.
“Thank you for registering for Chelsea Today.
Your registration has been received and is pending approval”.
You will receive login instructions upon approval of your account - If you have received this message, then wait somemore. During this period of time your application is in the system. You won’t be able to sign into the site yet but any efforts to re-register will be rejected
- Our webmaster must check the personal information that you provided on your form with the owner list kept by
Crossroads. You may get another e-mail asking you to confirm the e-mail address you used when you applied. - Finally, you will receive an e-mail saying:
